MAZ AGP-30 truck mounted lift with SBUC control system
SBUC controls smooth management of truck mounted lift hydraulic executive mechanisms and protects from damage and overturning.
The system executes all functions of rated capacity limiter system and corresponds to safety requests of Rostehknadzor.
Functionality
— drive management, including speed control and safety functions;
— truck mounted manipulation from the working platform and operator remote control;
— a mechanism speed slowdown before stopping;
— gradual start of motion when control arm is violent;
— supply of half-duplex bidirectional communication;
— detection load and linear characterizations mechanisms;
— provides measurement of wind speed;
— possibility view settings on a few operator displays;
— recording geometry and load variables and states of inputs and outputs into nonvolatile memory (datalogger);
— automatically limit-stop when working platform is under the booth and luffing in the extreme position;
