We aimed at providing high-quality service to our customers. That is an integral part of corporate obligations to our consumers.

Warranty Service Rules

Warranty service is provided and includes free diagnostics, repair and warranty return of broken-down product in ten days. Warranty service is valid during warranty period. Warranty period is pointed out at works certificate.

Warranty and extended service, warranty repair, maintenance works, mounting and tuning of electronic control systems also could be carried out by our service centers in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Feedback

You could pass your opinion, make remarks and proposals concerning work of Rezonans’ service division or any of our Service Centers. Please write us or use feedback form.

Every response is to be considered personally by Deputy Director of Quality Management of the company. In ten-days period you will be informed of outcoming results.

Information for Distributors

We are interested in expansion of our distribution network in West Europe and Baltic States. We offer cooperation to direct importer distributors and regional dealers.

If you carry out professional servicing, distribution, sale of microprocessor-based control systems and would like to maintain our electronic control systems — you are welcome, please write us.
