Electronic Control System for Mobile Applications SBUC
SBUC Control System was designed to control and monitor construction machine function.
Using of SBUC allows:
— to control operating mechanisms (proportional and discrete hydraulic valves, solenoids and etc.);
— to control and indicate machine parameters;
— to increase safety, productivity and fuel efficiency of machines.
Modularity and Flexibility
The SBUC system consists of several unitized modules such as controllers, digital sensors, displays and joysticks.
The SBUC controller is a base of system. It processes switch inputs, analog voltage, resistance and frequency signals and generates proportional (PWM) and discrete force output signals.
SBUC SM serie 4 controllers were designed for operation in extreme conditions. It has protection category IP67, high level of resistance to high and low temperatures, vibrations and impacts.
The controller has 2 × CAN-bus interface 2.0B (configurable) and single-wire serial RBus interface. Each CAN-bus can be programmabled for CANopen or SAE J1939 protocols.
The controllers have open application program interfaces (API), so controllers can be programmed by customer .

Compact SBUC controllers was designed to operate in harsh environments. Controllers have the protection from low and high temperatures, moisture, vibration and shocks.
