Description
The rated capacity limiter OPG11 was designed for truck-mounted arial lifts and cranes. OPG11 generates signals for switching off hoisting mechanisms, which decrease lift stability when weight of load is over normative.
OPG11 consists of unified sensors and controller. Each type of lifts has their version of OPG11 limiter.
The limiter conforms to PB 10-611-03 and PB 10-257-98 requirements of Rostekhnadzor (Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision).
Functionality
generates sound and light signals when weight of load is in range 100–110%;
generates sound and light signals, switching off hoisting mechanisms when weight of load is over 110%.
