The joystick was designed for remote proportional and discrete electric control of hydraulic distributor electromagnets.
It includes handle (manipulator) and electronic control unit.
The electronic control unit consists of non-contact handle position sensors, microcontroller-based information-measuring circuit, secondary power supply and smart power switches for current control.
The electronic circuit converts angular displacement of handle into four independent proportional control signals for electrohydraulic valves and produces three control signals for discrete electromagnets after pressing on handle button.
The joystick directly connects to electrohydraulic valves. Limit switches and relay contacts can be switched on between joystick outputs and electrohydraulic valves.
