The controller is used for management of the proportional solenoids, which control:

— hydraulic pumps and motors;

— pressure relief and reduce valves;

— section valves.

Description

The BUPE scheme is based on microcontroller with EEPROM for setup variables. The variables tranfered from PC by connection adapter. The controller could be orded with customer's preset parameters.

The controller measures input control signal and generates proportional solenoid output (PWM) according to setup variables. During this process the channel status indicator is green.

When the input signal is absent or PWM output is damaged, PWM output is switched off and status indicator becomes red.

The algorithm and output signal parameters of the controller could be changed according to customer's requirements.

The controller simplifies the management of the variable displacement bent axis pupms (the part of hydrostatis transmission).
The BUPE controls two pump solenoids and needes single input control signal.

The BUPE could control two piston pumps:
— simultaneous, when single input control signal is used;
— nonsimultaneous, when two input control signals are used.

The BUPE could control two hydraulic motors:
— simultaneous, when single input control signal is used;
— nonsimultaneous, when two input control signals are used.

The BUPE could control pressure relief and reduce valves:
— simultaneous, when single input control signal is used;
— nonsimultaneous, when two input control signals are used.

The BUPE could control section electrohydraulic valves:
— simultaneous, when single input control signal is used;
— nonsimultaneous, when two input control signals are used.
